Individual therapy is deeply personal and shaped around your lived experience. Sessions are typically held weekly and last 50 minutes. At Corazón de León Therapy, we create a supportive, culturally responsive space where children, teens, and young adults can explore emotions, build insight, and work toward meaningful change at a pace that feels safe and empowering.

Therapy can support both emotional and personal growth by increasing self-awareness, strengthening emotional regulation, and helping you navigate anxiety, trauma, identity development, and life transitions. Through compassionate, evidence-based care that honors culture, family dynamics, and individuality, we help clients heal, grow confidence, and build healthier relationships with themselves and others.

Who I Support:

Therapy supports children, teens, and young adults in understanding their emotions, developing healthy coping skills, and building emotional resilience.

Through age-appropriate approaches such as play-based techniques, creative expression, and guided conversation, sessions provide a safe space for children, teens, and adults to grow in emotional regulation and self-awareness.

  • $200 per 50-minute session.

  • Telehealth (California residents only).

  • English and Spanish.
