What to Expect
Free 15-minute consultation to learn more about your case and determine eligibility
A $200 deposit is required to secure your appointment
One 2–3 hour session or two 1.5-hour sessions conducted via Telehealth
Comprehensive clinical interview including personal history, symptoms, and psychosocial impact
Evaluation tailored to the specific requirements of your immigration case
Fees & Timeline:
$1,100 for U Visa, T Visa, VAWA, and Asylum cases
$1,500 for Hardship Waivers (I-601 / I-601A)
Payment plans are available upon request
Finalized psychological report is typically completed within 10 business days and sent directly to your attorney
Expedited option: 5 business days for an additional $300
